Construction, completion, furnishing and maintenance of a Headquarters Building at South Surra on total site area: 40,000 M2 with built-up area: 264,930 M2. The building comprises of three basements (102,930 M2). Ground to 12th Floor (161,980 M2); a Shelter for 100 people (basement), security/reception station, site preparation, hard and soft landscaping works including roads (laying asphalt: 5,895 M2), irrigation, landscaping: 53,870 M2, external works with fuel tanks, external electrical works, traffic barriers & boundary walls. Excavation: 435,000 M3, shoring: 12,000 M2, underground drainage, paving and surfacing, traffic markings/signs, fencing, external cladding: 5,200 M2, masonry work: 34,276 M2, plaster/special plaster: 51,000 M2, gypsum: 21,000 M2, ceramic flooring/wall tiling: 18,000 M2, stone paving & flooring: 37,150 M2, wood flooring: 13,929 M2, carpet/wood floroing: 43,343 M2, ceiling works: 97,500 M2, epoxy coating: 174,477 M2, painting: 118,793 M2, ornamental metal works, wood and architectural wood, thermal and moisture protection, aluminium, furniture & furnishings, equipment and kitchen equipment & conveyors, making water features, and guard houses.
