Construction, completion, commissioning, handover and maintenance of a "state of art iconic" 40-storey office tower with 4-storey podium, car parking for staff and visitors (1300 cars) and fully landscaped site with associated water features and planting.
The gross building area is 163,500 M2 and the complex has 3 basements to house car parking, a C4 shelter, mechanical plantroom areas and all connected banking services. The building will have a glazed northern facade with exposed structural steel diagrid and the remaining facades are clad with high quality limestone. A secure periment fence and wall will enclose the site - total area: 25,872 M2. Structural works including structural steel and architectural steel, external finishes, interior finishes, MEP services, conveying systems, infrastructure, landscape and irrigation, electro-mechancial and electronica and security systems and facilities.
Main quantities: 140,000 M3 concrete, 36,000 tons of steel reinforcement, 11,000 tons of structural steel consisting of steel diagrade and steel gurders for typical floors slabs and steel decking, 130,000 M2 Stone and Marble and 20,000 M2 Aluminum Curtain Wall.
