Construction of 1271 new houses in Areas # A1, A2 and A3 at the Sabah Al-Ahmed City on a total built-up area of 595,575 M2 in two (2 ) Phases.
Phase 1 include completion of a 905 No. Houses, public buildings, transformer stations, the road works, car parks and infrastructure during the periof of 930 days (31 months).
Phase 2 comprises of completion of 366 No. Houses, public buildings, transformer stations, road works, car parks and infrastructure during the period of 1110 days (37 months).
Major quantities: 4,000,000 M3 earthworks, 950,000 M3 road works, 177,000 MR. Kerbstone, 375,000 interlocking tiles, 31 KM. sewerage network from 200mm to 350 mm dia., 45 KM. stormwater network from 250 mm to 2000 mm dia.; 73 KM. water supply network from 40 to 400 mm dia; stree lighting works of city; 53,000 KM telephone and communication network, 5 No. different types of school buildings, 7 No. Mosques, 36 No. electrical substations, post office/clinic, car parks, cooperative society building, garden and other associate services.
