The project includes the design, construction, completion and maintenance of a 7 level Car Park and Shopping facility with 2 Basement Car Parks, Ground & Mezzanine Floor shop areas, 1st/2nd and Roof Floor Car Parks with a provision of adding 2 more floors in the future. With a total built-up area of 45,000m2 with a provision for 700 cars the building will be Pre-cast Concrete except for the foundations and basement walls which will be Cast-in place.
