• The department's main aim is to have continuous and regular monitoring of work progress on sites with direct reporting to top management to fasten the decision-making process

The department scope covers the following phases :

• Tendering Phase (prepare primary construction schedule and method statements)
  
  
• Pre-construction Phase (planning works)
  
  
• Construction Phase (following up works)
